Femora is the practice of Dr. Elena Voss, MD, FACOG — obstetrics and gynecology in Beacon Hill, Boston. She trained at Harvard Medical School, completed her residency at Brigham Women's, and has cared for Boston women since 2012.
The practice was built around a single decision: keep appointments at thirty minutes, and keep the same doctor across a patient's whole life — first visit, pregnancies, midlife and after.

How soon can I be seen as a new patient?
Most new patients are seen within five business days. Pregnancy confirmations and urgent concerns are triaged the same day — call the office and ask for the nurse.
Will Dr. Voss deliver my baby herself?
She attends 86% of her patients' births at St. Bridget. When she can't, delivery is covered by two colleagues you'll have met in your third trimester — never a stranger.
Can I bring my partner or mother?
Always. One support person is welcome in the room, and part of every visit is offered privately if you'd prefer to speak alone.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes — for results reviews, contraception counselling, menopause follow-up and postpartum check-ins. Anything needing an examination is booked in-clinic.
What happens in a first well-woman visit?
Thirty minutes: history, questions, and only the examinations you consent to. Nothing is done without being explained first, and you can stop at any point.
How do I get my test results?
Ultrasound is done in-clinic and discussed the same visit. Lab work goes to your portal with a plain-language note, and anything that changes your care comes as a call from Dr. Voss — never a result left for you to interpret alone.
